Goal Setting

Less than a month ago I embarked on a new weight-loss/exercise program which should last for sixty days. The goal was to lose weight and to eat healthily. I acquired the necessary equipment, structured my workout sessions and began telling my close friends and family members of this with joy, excitement, and heightened motivation. This workout program is extremely intense, and after completing the first week I felt a great deal of accomplishment and was ready to continue on to my weight-loss journey. The second week began and I missed the first day, the second day I missed, then I ended up not exercising or sticking to the diet for the entire week, which lead to three weeks. This goal that I had set to diet and exercise for the sixty days was nothing new for me, I have been on countless diets and weight-loss programs over the last three years.
